Baby + Me
Ages 6 months – 2 years. This level focuses on water comfort through assisted back floats, mouth closure practice, and supported splashing, with your grown-up in the water beside you.
Level 02Jump · float · climb out
Orange Otters
Students develop independence by performing controlled jumps, independent back floats, and proper “elbow-to-leg” climb-outs.
Level 03Breathing begins
Blue Jellyfish
This level emphasizes breathing techniques, including front-to-back rolling and elementary backstroke coordination.
Level 04Making waves, moving up
Red Dolphins
Swimmers focus on form refinement, mastering the survival float, independent deep-water dives, and proper stroke entries.
Next stop
HealthSPORT Swim Academy
After mastering Red Dolphins, swimmers move into Academy — advanced swimmers refine stroke fluidity and speed while learning emergency skills like the sidestroke. Non-competitive swim team style.

Lesson policies.
- Do I need to stay during my swimmer's lesson?
- A parent or guardian stays at the club for the entire lesson. If you step away from the pool deck (anywhere else in the club), tell your instructor first so they know where to find you in an emergency or if the lesson ends early.
- What happens if we're running late?
- Group classes start exactly on time to stay on schedule for every family. For private lessons, your instructor waits 10 minutes; arriving after that window forfeits the session and it is charged in full.
- How do I cancel or move a lesson?
- Call the Service Desk at your club with at least 24 hours' notice. Private lessons can be rebooked for another time. Group lessons keep strict student-to-instructor ratios, so a makeup is only possible when another group at the same skill level has an opening that month. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or rebooked.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- All swim services are non-refundable. Enrolling reserves a professional instructor and a dedicated lane, so purchased sessions and monthly enrollments are not refunded.
