6:30–8:30 PM every Friday. Games, challenges, free time + snack intermission. $20 per kid. Ages 5–12. Every 3rd Friday is Theme Night — $30 per child, and snacks are on us. Heads up: Friday, July 31 is the last Friday Fun Night (6:30–8:30 PM, $20). Starting Friday, August 7 it becomes Level Up — 6–9 PM, $25 per child.
These specialized programs sit on top of a membership. Community rates welcome — no membership required.
Progressive classes through age 16 on bars, beam, floor, vault, and the rock wall. Monthly enrollment with certified coaches — no session blocks. New class blocks are forming now; register to hold your spot.

A full hour, one-on-one with a coach, built around your athlete — a specific skill they're chasing, extra reps on an event, or team-track prep.

Plan a field trip→An hour of free exploration for you and your little one, ages 5 and under — sensory toys, climbing, slides, and a parent viewing area. One hour per visit.

How it works→Our dedicated space for the littlest members at HealthSPORT Gymnastics Fortuna, 630 7th St. The Cove hosts two separate things — open play for your child, and a private reservation for you and your friends.
An hour of free exploration for you and your little one, ages 5 and under — sensory toys, climbing, slides, and room to move. You relax in our party and viewing area while they play. One hour per visit.

A private hour you reserve for yourself and your friends. The grown-ups enjoy coffee and conversation — coffee or tea is on us — while our staff entertain the kids in Kids Cove and the gymnastics area. The space is yours for the hour.
Class blocks are being rebuilt right now — no recreational gymnastics classes are running at the moment, but registration is open so your child is first in line when the new schedule posts. Open-play windows and Friday nights run as listed. Schedules subject to change; call 707-617-1123 to confirm.
