- How does HealthSPORT Swim Camp work?
- Week-long summer camp at Arcata and Eureka, ages 5–12, $275/week. Water-safety curriculum based on nationally recognized principles, 5 hours of structured lessons per swimmer, plus free swim and games. Groups are placed by skill level: Orange Otters, Blue Jellyfish, and Red Dolphins. Non-refundable — check your calendar before registering.
- What is Ninja Academy?
- A progressive, curriculum-based obstacle program at HealthSPORT Gymnastics in Fortuna, built on three tiers: Mini Ninjas (4–6), Mighty Ninjas (7+), and Master Ninjas (skill-based). Call 707-617-1123 to reserve a complimentary trial class.
- What is Friday Fun Night on Friday nights?
- Every Friday 6:30–8:30 PM at HealthSPORT Gymnastics Fortuna, ages 5–12. $20 per kid. Structured coach-led games and challenges, free time on the equipment, and a snack-time intermission (parents provide the snack). Every 3rd Friday is Theme Night — $30 per child, and snacks are on us. Heads up: Friday, July 31 is the last Friday Fun Night (6:30–8:30 PM, $20). Starting Friday, August 7 it becomes Level Up — 6–9 PM, $25 per child.
- What is Kids Cove — and how is Open Cove different from Coffee in the Cove?
- Kids Cove is our dedicated space for ages 5 and under at HealthSPORT Gymnastics Fortuna, and it hosts two separate things. Open Cove is open exploration time for Kids Cove members — your child plays freely in the Cove. Coffee in the Cove is a private time you reserve for yourself and your friends: the grown-ups enjoy coffee and conversation while our staff entertain the kids in Kids Cove and the gymnastics area (max 10 kids).
- Can I book a birthday party?
- Yes — 1.5 or 2-hour parties on Saturdays and Sundays at HealthSPORT Gymnastics Fortuna. Our coaches lead games, gym time, and free play; we handle setup and cleanup.
